Ltd. (Head Office: Tokyo; CEO: Tsubasa Mizuguchi) as of March 2, 2026, following the acquisition of our shares.
fonfun Co., Ltd. operates under the mission “Making society smarter through technology” and is expanding its business mainly in IT engineering.
In its mid-term management strategy, the company positions M&A as a key growth strategy, and this acquisition is part of that initiative.
Our company has been developing its business mainly in the SES field,
while also focusing on supporting the development and career growth of female engineers,
contributing to more diverse working styles in the IT industry.
These efforts and the compatibility between our businesses were highly valued, leading to our joining the group.
Going forward, as a member of the Fonfun Group, we will leverage our existing business foundation and strengths in talent development to maximize group synergy, and aim for further business growth and increased corporate value.
There will be no changes to our company name, business activities, or services as a result of this acquisition.
