CEO(Chief Executive Officer)
Yusuke Nonaka
Growing up in a single-parent household,
I have always witnessed my mother working hard.
Seeing her work so hard inspired me to create a company
that focuses on the way women work.
By considering work-life balance and creating a comfortable work environment,
I hope to become an ally for working women.
I also have a strong desire to broaden opportunities for the future
by hiring and training individuals with no prior experience in the IT industry,
thereby expanding the reach and accessibility of the field.

COO(Chief Operating Officer)
Shotaro Hara
I was born in a famous hot spring town in Shizuoka Prefecture, surrounded by nature with mountains, rivers, and eel pies.
I had a fairly typical student life during junior and senior high school, and then I went on to a university in Tokyo.
While in university, I spent my days socializing and indulging in some drinks.
However, during the job hunting process, I came to the realization that I couldn’t write a single word for my self-introduction.
This prompted me to create business cards through the university co-op and set a goal to exchange business cards with 200 professionals.
Through interactions with entrepreneurs I met at networking events, I learned how inexperienced and unskilled I was.
I felt that I needed to take action, not only for myself but also to provide for my precious family.
Subsequently, I received a job offer from a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
However, I impetuously declined it during a drinking session with the chairman of a global enterprise group that was expanding to 30 countries.
I then made the decision to move to Hong Kong, as it seemed more intriguing over there.
In Hong Kong, despite my English being at a basic level, I was introduced to a translation job and used Google Translate.
As a result, I lost the job in just three days.
I had no funds for a return flight, and I genuinely felt it was a matter of life and death if I couldn’t find work there.
So, I embarked on my second job search in Hong Kong and proved that with determination, one can overcome language barriers.
Despite the challenges of living in Hong Kong, where I had no acquaintances and struggled to communicate effectively,
I had some tough experiences, such as my apartment key breaking, spending a night in a park without electricity,
and being mistakenly identified as a smuggler and almost apprehended.
These experiences helped me develop a strong mental attitude, and I returned to Japan one year later.
Afterward, I worked in real estate sales, dealing with seasoned professionals from the real estate bubble era,
before making a career change to YNP. Currently, I work as COO.

CTO(Chief Technology Officer)
Shu Kato
I was born in Okinawa Prefecture and spent my childhood near Naha City until finishing elementary school.
During my middle and high school years, I attended an all-boys school in Kagoshima Prefecture,
where I spent six years living in a somewhat harsh dormitory environment.
After high school, I moved to Tokyo and have been living quietly in the outskirts of the city ever since.
In university, I studied Western philosophy, with a focus on Ancient Greek philosophy.
Since it was a field far removed from anything practical, I had mostly given up on job hunting.
However, on the recommendation of a job agent, I applied to an IT company,
received a job offer, and became an engineer without much intentional planning.
Once I started working, I found it surprisingly interesting that philosophical thinking—
especially the logic and language skills I had learned—were highly compatible with the work of an engineer.
As a result, I’ve managed to continue working in this industry until now.
I joined YNP in May 2024 as a training instructor,
and by September of the same year, I was promoted to a director.

CSO(Chief Strategy Officer)
Hatsumi Yokoyama
After working in apparel and department stores in my previous job,
I decided to make a change and join YNP because I wanted to try something new and advance my career.
Working in the IT industry, I was surprised to find that despite its promising future,
the industry suffers from a shortage of talent and has very few women.
I realized that whether someone is new to the field or already experienced,
and regardless of their family situation, it’s important to have a work environment where they can feel secure.
That’s why I became passionate about supporting women working in diverse situations.
My goal is to create a company for women—
one where they can leverage their unique strengths, such as a sense of security and communication skills,
and make meaningful contributions to our clients.
Currently, after gaining experience in management and sales within the company,
I serve as a director at YNP.
